Field Company's No.5 Cast Iron Chef Skillet is a 7.5-inch pan with curved sides shaped for eggs and quick sautés. At about 2.2 pounds it is light enough to flip one-handed, with the same machined-smooth cast iron surface as the larger Field skillets. It comes pre-seasoned with no synthetic coatings to replace. Made for the morning egg habit. Field Company says "Made in USA."
