Stargazer 13.5-Inch Cast Iron Lid

This cast iron lid from Stargazer Cast Iron is made to fit its 13.5-inch braiser, for steaming, braising and holding heat in while things cook. The underside is smooth, which makes it easy to clean, and the aluminum knob cools down quickly. It nests upside down inside the pan so the two store together. The lid weighs 6 pounds, comes seasoned and is oven safe to 500°F. Stargazer says "Everything is made right here in the USA."
