Stargazer 13.5-Inch Cast Iron Braiser

The braiser is the biggest pan Stargazer Cast Iron makes, a wide, shallow cast iron pan with two handles for cooking for a crowd. It works for oven roasts, backyard cookouts and camping, and Stargazer says it's the lightest braiser in its class at 7.3 pounds. It's 13.5 inches across the rim with a 10.8-inch cooking surface and holds 4.9 quarts. It comes seasoned with a canola, grapeseed and sunflower oil blend or bare for your own seasoning, and the rim is flared to pour cleanly. Stargazer says "Everything is made right here in the USA."
