Smokin Brothers 30" Premier Plus Grill

This is a wood pellet grill from Smokin Brothers, the 30-inch model in its Premier Plus line. It has 792 square inches of cooking surface, which the maker says fits 7 racks of ribs, 6 pork butts or 8 chickens at once. A 1-inch double-wall insulated fire box lets you cook all year, and the digital controller, electronic igniter and 20-pound front hopper keep it simple to run. The frame is welded instead of bolted, it rolls on four locking casters, and it weighs 205 lbs. Smokin Brothers says its grills are "MADE IN THE USA. BUILT TO LAST."
