Klein Tools D213-9NE 9-Inch Lineman's Pliers, New England Nose

The Klein Tools D213-9NE is a 9-inch high-leverage side-cutting lineman's plier with a New England nose. Klein places the rivet closer to the cutting edge, which it says gives 46 percent more cutting and gripping power than other plier designs. The cutting knives are induction hardened, and the hot-riveted joint is meant to prevent handle wobble. The jaws are cross-hatched and knurled for grip, and the handles are plastic-dipped. Klein's product page lists it as "Made in USA."
