Jacob Bromwell Heritage Cookie Sheet

The Heritage Cookie Sheet is a large, flat, uncoated aluminum baking sheet made to stand up to daily heat and repeated use without warping. Jacob Bromwell says its heavy-gauge aluminum spreads heat evenly for consistent batches, and that it works for breads, pastries, roasted vegetables, and sheet-pan meals as well as cookies. It measures 16.25 x 11.25 x 1 inches (item K5000A). The maker says it is "Made entirely in the United States," and the product page lists it as "Made in USA."
