The Field Company Slotted Turner is a 3-by-6-inch flexible spatula for cast iron cooking. High-carbon American stainless steel with a thin edge handles delicate flipping, and a full-tang blade with aluminum rivets sits in a cherry wood handle. The wood will take on a patina with use. A matching tool if you already cook in Field pans. Field Company notes it is "Made in the USA."
