DeLong Lures 6" Weedless KILR Worm

A 6-inch pre-rigged soft plastic worm for bass fishing, first made by David DeLong in 1946 as the original weedless worm. It comes ready to fish with two molded-in 2/0 hooks on a hand-tied internal rig of 40 lb braided Kevlar line, so it slides through weeds and lily pads without constant snags. The hand-poured plastic has anise scent mixed in, and DeLong includes it in its Kids Fishing Pack as a simple bait for beginners. The product page says "Made in the USA since 1946."
