Jade Harmony Yoga Mat

The Jade Harmony is JadeYoga's most popular yoga mat, made from natural rubber for grip and cushion. It works for yoga practice at home or in a studio and gives enough stability for standing poses. The mat is 3/16 inch thick and 24 inches wide, comes in 68-inch and 74-inch lengths, and weighs about 5 pounds. JadeYoga states that its mats contain no PVC, EVA or other synthetic rubber "and are made in the United States in compliance with all US environmental, labor and consumer protection laws." The company notes the mats are not meant for outdoor use, and people with latex allergies should avoid them.
