GrillGrate Universal Mini Sear Kit

A two-panel GrillGrate set that sits on top of your existing grill grates to add a searing surface. It fits any grill at least 9.875 inches deep, and the assembled panels measure 9.75 inches deep by 10.5 inches wide. The interlocking hard anodized aluminum panels are reversible, with raised rails on one side for grilling and a flat side for griddling, and GrillGrate says they help even out hot spots and cut down on flare-ups. It comes with the GrateTool for lifting food and cleaning the valleys between rails. GrillGrate's FAQ states, "GrillGrates are made in the USA."
